Distance Sales Agreement

This is a pre-information notice and distance sales agreement drawn up within the scope of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. Seller: OnlineOtoCekici Teknoloji A.Ş. — The address, tax number, and contact details are available on the platform. The service fee, delivery terms, payment conditions, and right of withdrawal are specified in this agreement. The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchasing the service; however, services that have already been performed are not covered by this. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised after the tow-truck service has been completed. The agreement is drawn up in two copies and stored electronically.
