OnlineOtoCekici acts as an intermediary in the relationship between service-provider companies and customers; it does not provide tow-truck services directly. The companies are responsible for the quality, timing, and outcome of the service. Platform users are obliged to provide accurate information, act in accordance with the law, and comply with the platform rules. In cases of misuse, fraudulent requests, and harassment, an account may be suspended or closed. Platform content is protected by copyright.
